The hotel is conveniently located between two blocks with a walkway and swimming pool in between, offering spacious and comfortable rooms within walking distance from the BTS station. I will definitely come back in the future. However, the service, especially with transportation recommendations, left much to be desired.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, breakfast was tasty, and the location was perfect for us as it is near BTS, MRT, shopping malls, and restaurants. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was located on the 3rd floor, which you have to have on or you'll melt.
I had a mixed experience at Legacy Suites. The rooms in the station are much better than in the main tower, but I would score the main tower rooms much lower. The service was fantastic after some initial confusion with our taxi request, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
